How do I book an appointment?
Before you do anything, you need the 411 on how we work, to be sure that we're a good fit. Please visit our NEW CLIENTS 101 and SALON POLICIES, then scroll down for directions on booking your reservation. You’ll be glad you did.
I’ve never been to Beautiful Me before. Do I have to book a NEW service?
Yes. The NEW service is our introductory service for ALL new guests of any length and texture. If you book something other than NEW CLIENT, you will be charged accordingly.
I haven't been to Beautiful Me in a few months… What should I book ?
Welcome Back! If it’s been more than 90 days since your last visit, we're pretty much starting over, as it relates to maintenance. We’ll need to get re-acquainted with your hair, and re-assess your treatment regimen. Therefore, you'll be served (and charged) as a "WELCOME BACK" CLIENT when we see you again.
What’s the difference between the NEW service and the other services?
Time and Labor. We don’t cut corners. We want to give you plenty of time for questions and render our best work. This keeps you from feeling rushed, and keeps our schedule running on time. Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous stylist, it is our policy to familiarize ourselves with you & your hair in order to determine our best method of service in the future. What hair type does Beautiful Me specialize in?
We are a multi-textural hair care salon. Experienced in all hair types, we're all about providing quality hair care to women with curly, wavy, or kinky textured hair of every ethnicity. Not only are we committed to helping you get the most out of your curly hair styles, we are also trained experts in transitioning women to a relaxer-free lifestyle while maintaining the sleek, straight look they're accustomed to without chemical relaxers.
What is included with my service?
The works!! = Everything. At Beautiful Me, quality isn’t optional. Our rates are All-Inclusive, meaning your session always includes the best available in professional maintenance:
- Scalp detox & Clarifying
- Steam Hydration Therapy Treatment
- Precision split end removal (optional)
- Style / Curl / Finish
All services are performed using top-of-the-line equipment and professional hair care products.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We DO NOT take walk-ins, however, we do book same-day appointments if time permits. Go to our online booking portal for real time availability or call 770-558-9298 before 12pm to check for available openings.
Do you service children?
At this time, our young client list is full for silk presses, and we are not accepting new clients under the age of 10. We will post publicly on Instagram/Facebook when have more openings for younger guests. Please view our SALON POLICIES to view our NO CHILD POLICY in its entirety.
Why am I being asked for a credit card number or a deposit?
Untimely cancellations and no-shows are costly. Your credit card number (or deposit in some cases) serves as security, just as it would for a hotel or rental car reservation. Charges to your card are easily avoided by honoring our CANCELLATION POLICY.
Do you do extensions/sew-ins?
Yes. Select days generally Monday - Thursday
What products do you use?
Our hair care brand of choice: Influance, Nairobi, The Doux & Straight Request Products. Once you’ve been here, you’ll understand why.
Do you do relaxers?
Yes. We perform traditional sodium hydroxide relaxers on clients who choose the Pixie-Cut or finger-wave as a hairstyle option. We also offer relaxers and several alternatives to our clients with longer hair.
Can I bring my own products for you to use during my visit?
No. Due to Liability Reasons.
